Screenplay Ⅱ

Description:

Building on Screenplay I, this course takes you from treatment to first draft screenplay. We’ll check your story structure and characters, and work on your turning points. We’ll also flesh out your second and third stories (sub-plots), sharpen your theme and hone your dialogue. In addition, you’ll learn correct screenplay formatting, and get some insight into the work of a professional screenwriter.

Suitable for:

Writers who have completed Screenplay I, or with some experience of screenplay writing, or at least with a detailed outline or treatment for their film.

Type of writing:

Screenplay, through to full first draft.

Commitment:

6 x 60 minutes live classes including a workshop, plus assignments.
